2. Services & Scope of Work

Contractor Boost Marketing provides full-funnel digital marketing services, custom client CRM sub-accounts, advertising management (Google Local Services Ads, Meta Ads, Search Engine Marketing), automated 60-second speed-to-lead pipelines, missed call text-back sequences, database reactivation, and online reputation booster systems exclusively for trade businesses.

• Territory Exclusivity: Where explicitly agreed upon in writing within a client master service contract, we provide postal/metro radius exclusivity to protect your investment against direct trade competitors.
• Client Cooperation: Success requires client promptness in providing job site media, business licensing/insurance verification, responding to leads, and attending scheduled onboarding kickoffs.

4. Payment, Subscriptions & Ad Spend

Monthly management fees, software subscriptions, and setup retainer payments are processed in advance of service cycles.

• Direct Ad Spend: Advertising spend (Google, Meta, etc.) is billed directly by the respective ad platform to the client's credit card on file, separate from management fees unless a unified all-inclusive contract is executed.
• Cancellations: Month-to-month contracts may be cancelled with 14 days written notice prior to the next billing renewal date.

5. Intellectual Property & CRM Ownership

You retain complete ownership of all customer lists, client databases, job photos, trade trademarks, and lead data generated through our systems. Contractor Boost Marketing retains proprietary rights to custom workflow blueprints, automated snapshot architectures, proprietary script libraries, and marketing software templates.

6. Disclaimers & Warranties

While our systems are engineered based on proven, multi-million dollar trade campaigns, marketing results depend on various external factors including geographic pricing, seasonality, macroeconomic weather conditions, client closing ability, and reputation. We do not warrant specific revenue figures unless explicitly provided under a signed Performance Guarantee Addendum.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Contractor Boost Marketing and its directors, contractors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party advertising network outages, telecommunications downtime, or unforeseen algorithmic changes by search engines.
